Does it really sound like a human?

Yes. We use the latest neural voice models — natural pacing, pauses, backchannel cues like 'mm-hm' and 'got it'. Most callers don't realize they're talking to AI until you tell them. You can also choose to disclose if you prefer.

Can it transfer to a real person?

Yes. Set rules like 'transfer to on-call if caller says emergency' or 'transfer VIP customers to owner's cell'. Live warm transfers with a verbal handoff are supported.

What happens if the AI doesn't know an answer?

It says so honestly, captures the question, and either schedules a callback, sends a text follow-up, or transfers to a human — your choice.

How long does setup take?

About 5 minutes. Paste your website URL, pick a voice, connect your calendar, and forward your number. Most customers take their first AI-answered call the same day.

Do I need to change my phone number?

No. Forward your existing number conditionally (busy/no-answer/after-hours) or all calls. You can also get a new local or toll-free number from us.

Is it HIPAA compliant?

We offer a signed BAA on the Business plan and disable transcripts/recordings for PHI workflows. We're SOC 2 Type II in progress.

What languages are supported?

32 including English, Spanish, French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Portuguese, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Arabic, and Hindi. The AI auto-detects.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Month-to-month, cancel in one click. Annual plans get a prorated refund if you cancel within the first 30 days.
